| We met Fiona and the family and their friends at Druiridge Bay this morning. This was the first time I have walked along this beach and it must be one of the nicest of all the Northumbrian beaches. |

| On our way home we stopped at Alnmouth Beach and while Gaye had 40 winks in the car I had a paddle along this lovely beach. |
