A busy day of Soccer

I started the day with a walk with Sammy who seemed to sense it was my last full day with him and he followed me everywhere.

Then the Graham grandchildren got ready for their 3 matches at 3 different places in Silicon Valley. A logistical nightmare but Fraser & Leslie had it covered.

The Graham name well to the fore. Tommy won 4-1, Eleanor won 8-1, and sadly Elliot lost 0-5.

Earlier Elliot and Tommy made us breakfast of pancakes.

The Sporting Graham's

Its been a busy Sunday. Started with Tommy and his Baseball game. He won and he scored a Home Run.
In the afternoon Elliot played his first match with a new team and lost 5 goals to 4. He thoroughly enjoyed the game and looks forward to the next one. The opposition had a brilliant player who scored all 5 goals for them.

And finally Eleanor who played a match in the morning at her home pitch and then Fraser had to take her
almost to near San Francisco Airport where she was guesting for another team. They won the Home game and lost the Away game. I only watched Elliots game but Fraser has seen 3 Soccer matches today at 3 different locations.

Out and About in San Jose

Saturday started early with Tommy at Baseball and he has improved such a lot since last year.
On Friday evening Fraser and I had to mark the lines on the Soccer pitches that would be used by Eleanor's teams on Saturday morning but we could not do both Soccer and Baseball so the duties were split. Tommy won his Baseball but Eleanor lost her Soccer match
He certainly looks the part.
This was followed by a long walk and some Geocaching. I was completing my Umbrella Walk as I missed it back in Langholm and we managed to walk the required distance and get 3 Geocaches
These Californian Poppies are everywhere.
Celebrating a Geocache find.
For this Geocache Tommy had to crawl under some bushes and we could not have reached it without him
In the evening we went to Kelly & Brads for a BBQ. Good food and loads of kids having fun.
